Larry B. Kasaija is a man I met on my mission in Madagascar who has recently opened a new language institute in Madagascar. This is such great place. They teach a couple different languages. The ILCD is providing Malagasy children the chance to learn a second language that will give them so many more opportunities in their lives. I am working with the BYU library to try to donate books and other things needed for the school. Please let me know if there is anything you can contribute or any ideas. I know it would be a great blessing for them.
